What data is collected:
Our insurance apps do not collect, transmit, or store any data outside of the customer’s ServiceNow instance.
All data used by the app is native to the ServiceNow instance (e.g., records, catalog submissions, initiatives, ideas, or feedback entered by users).
No personally identifiable information (PII) or customer-specific data is collected by Naitiv Partners or any third-party service.
How the data is used:
Naitiv insurance apps use data stored in the customer’s ServiceNow instance solely to support functionality such as account setup, home inspections, and other related records within the scope of the application.
The applications leverage ServiceNow-native features (tables, records, widgets, and flows) to display and process data.
All processing occurs within the ServiceNow instance under the customer’s control.
Is the data shared with other parties?
No. Data accessed or processed by the insurance apps is not shared with Naitiv or any external third party.
The app contains no integrations with external systems, services, or APIs that would transmit data outside the customer’s ServiceNow environment.
Data transfer: None. All data remains within the customer’s ServiceNow instance.
Data storage: The app stores data only in ServiceNow tables controlled by the customer.
Data security: Naitiv insurance apps rely entirely on ServiceNow’s built-in platform security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and encryption. No additional or external data storage mechanisms are used.
Third-party services: Naitiv insurance apps do not include any third-party code or services that transmit or process customer data externally.
All data accessed or created by insurance apps remains fully under the customer’s ownership and control.
Customers may configure role-based permissions, user criteria, and data retention policies directly within ServiceNow.
